Depending on the complexity of your inquiry, preparing an offer will take 2 to 7 days. Generally speaking, we are getting back to all inquiries within maximum two days.

For Shopfitting inquiries:

We would want to know if you want the quotation based on fixture types you have (such as, shelving bay with 200cm hight, 100cm width, base + 5 upper shelves, etc. Or, type of bakery or fruit and vegetable units, etc.
You may also send a blank or drafted shop layout so that we interpret and use all necessary fixtures to nicely fit-out your complete retail space.

For Refrigeration inquiries:

We will need to have

* country information

* if you need plug-in or centralized cooling system

* if you want installation services done by our team,

* layout of your store

After mutually agreeing on the layout or fixtures you need, we will send you our official proforma invoice. In return, we will need you to send us your Legal Purchase Order (LPO) stamped and signed by your esteemed company. After receiving your advance payment (50% of total order amount), we will start manufacturing. 1 week prior to our loading date, we will inform you so that you can deposit balance payment.

We will then load the goods on container or truck.
